Principal’s Welcome
Welcome and thank you for visiting Our Lady of Lourdes
School. We are a Catholic Elementary School, offering a faith-based curriculum
for grades kindergarten through eight with full accreditation by the State of
Ohio.
This site is designed to familiarize you with information
regarding our school, especially the academic and spiritual opportunities
available to our students.
Facts about Our School
- Average student/teacher ratio is 18:1 with
experienced, certified, and dedicated faculty.
- The curriculum is designed to develop each student’s
potential with an extensive support system including intervention
specialist, speech language pathologist, remedial reading specialist,
psychologist, and tutors.
- State-of-the-art computer lab, fully automated
library, art room, and second gymnasium.
- SmartBoard technology is available at all grade
levels.
- Before and After School programs are provided for
parents needing child care.
- Eighth grade students consistently score in the top
ten percent on the high school entrance test.
- Our students participate in Quiz Bowl, Spelling Bee,
Power of the Pen, Young Authors, Accelerated Reader Program, Science Fair,
Spanish Class, and Speech Contest.
- Outstanding sports programs with dedicated coaches and
