The first graders will be provided with paper, and a pencil bag to start the year. Here is a list of additional supplies we would like the children to have:

* 1 Large, old T-shirt for painting

* 1 boxes of "family size" tissues

* 2 sturdy two-pocket folders (pockets should be at bottom of folder, not side)

* 2 two-pocket folders (with prongs)

* 3 wide-ruled spiral notebooks

* 1 conventional pink eraser

* 2 large glue sticks (white only)

* 1 bottle of Elmer's school glue 4oz. (white only)

* 1 box of crayons (eight only)

* 1 collapsible umbrella (must fit inside backpack)

* 1 boxes of baby wipes

* 1 box Clorox wipes

* 1 backpack

* 1 Child-sized scissors

Please put your child's name on all above school supplies, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, etc. Please do not send additional supplies such as larger boxes of crayons, magic markers, colored pencils, "playful erasers", etc.

Supply List For Grade Two

* Glue

* Eraser

* 1 Cloth bag, large (NO BOXES) for crayons, glue, ect.

* Crayons (24 PACK MAXIMUM)

* 2 - Two-pocket folders - bottom compartments not side compartments

* Small inexpensive collapsible umbrella to be kept in backpack -- very handy for travel between
buildings on those days of unexpected showers.

* Addition and subtraction flash cards

* 2 Boxes of Kleenex (standard size, minimum 200 ct.)

* 1 - Notebook 8 x 10 1/2

* 1 Box of Baby Wipes

* School bag or backpack

* Scissors (pointed, metal blades)

* 2 - second grade pencils will be provided to start the year. After that all 2nd grade pencils must be
purchased at school.

* Ruler - 6 in. (inches and centimeters) (maybe purchased at school, 20 cents)

NOTES:
1. PLEASE HAVE ALL ITEMS MARKED WITH CHILD'S NAME
2. Please stick to conventional erasers, etc. Avoid "cutesy" ones as they become an endless source
of entertainment.
3. No magic markers
4. Flash cards must be brought to school the first day to be checked but will be used at home.

NO non-erasable pens

* 4 red ballpoint pens (no click or gel pens)

* 2 pink erasers (no gimmick-type)

* 1 box crayons (no more then 32)

* 2 packs of index cards with lines and index card holder

* 1 box markers

* 2 Yellow Highlighters (wide tip) - no pink, green or blue - not sold at school

* 1 12in. wooden ruler, 30cm.

* Elmer's white school glue, NO glue stick or colored glue

* 2 boxes of Kleenex (200 count)

* 10 single subject wide-rule spiral notebooks (8 x10 1/2 - 2 each of different solid colors)

* 2 Blue or black ballpoint pens - No felt tip, click, or novelty erasable is all right

* 1 set of highlighters

* Crayons (16 or 24) Small box of colored pencils

* Markers (8 basic colors)

* NO "WHITE OUT"

* Ruler (metric and standard)

* Blue, black, and red pens (Bic like only) - No felt or click pens

* Ruler (metric and standard)

* NO "WHITE OUT"

* 1 set of high lighters (necessary for social studies)

* 1 box of tissues

* 1 container of disinfectant wipes

* Colored pencils (small set only) (necessary for social studies)

* Glue stick (please mark)

* Scissors (please mark)

* 81/2 x 11 loose-leaf paper - wide rule only

* 2- one- inch binder with pockets, 2 set of index dividers

* 1 - eight-pocket folder

* 2 - two pocket, three prong folder

* Pencil bag (no box) - plastic pencil cases tear very easily - one made of fabric would be better - made sufficiently large
to hold glue, pens, pencils, rulers, etc.

* 1 (100 pack) of index cards

* 5 two-pocket folders (science, religion, reading, English homework

* Loose leaf paper - 8 1/2 x 11 wide ruled only

* 2 Boxes of tissues

* 5 - one-subject notebooks (math, reading, religion, social studies, music)

* Scientific calculator

* Pens - blue or black; red pen (NO gel pens)

* 1 pencil/pen bag

* Scissors, crayons, markers, colored pencils

* 1 glue bottle (non-colored), 1 glue stick

* 1 - pkg. of disinfecting wipes or 1 bottle of hand sanitizer

* 2 Composition books (English, science)

* Flash Drive

* index cards -3" x 5" lined

Students may not use an 8-pocket folder or any other type of binder.
Students will need a 2-inch binder for science later in the year. Do not bring to school now!
All supplies need to be replenished as needed throughout the year.
