Religious Education is provided for children in grades 1-8 who attend area public schools. Classes build on the child’s experience of faith in the home through formal instruction in the classroom. Within the context of the program, sacramental preparation is provided at the appropriate levels. It is our policy that students receive religious instruction at least one year prior to receiving a sacrament. Since First Communion is usually received in second grade, it is necessary that a child attend Religious Education classes in first grade. Classes for grades 1-8 meet on Sunday mornings, 10:00 - 11:15 a.m.
All classes are taught by people of the parish who graciously volunteer their time. These volunteers have been trained to work with their particular grade levels. Classes begin in mid-September and end in early May. For more information, contact Ms. Kristina Krimm, (513) 347-2646 or [email protected].
